Horrid customer service. Have tried to contact several times over a period of two weeks in regards to cancelling my gym membership and have either been hung up on, sent to voicemail or completely ignored via email. quick response when they want to take money for your membership though! I will say the gym is adequate in terms of cost but cleanliness is not top priority, this is quite obvious when you go to the mat area.

I have been a member here for five years and while a few years ago when I began my membership the customer service left a lot to be desired, the improvements that have been made in regards to both the staff and the building itself have made me reconsider my stance. The new refurbishments that have been made have breathed new life into this once tiny gym. The layout especially is one of the key improvements that have made such a difference, the gym flows nicely and it never feels overcrowded, even when it is busy. This is a massive bonus in my eyes and only adds to the wonderful community atmosphere this gym has created, both the regulars and staff alike are welcoming and made working out a lot less intimidating! Would highly recommend getting a membership, especially if you are local.

Amazing staff. My membership was a little messed up in terms of payment, but the staff in there at the time let me train that day just cause I’d already walked 30 mins to get there. They advised me on getting my membership back up and running by contacting their membership team number.
