I had been suffering with low back pain for over 3 months, which would keep flaring up even after doing all exercises prescribed by the physio. I went to see Rupert to get a second opinion to get to the bottom of the root cause of the pain. Rupert was excellent at explaining the cause and within a few sessions of treatment I am now pain free for the first time in months. Definitely recommend!

I have been seeing Rupert for a few weeks now, and I would highly recommend him and the clinic. I felt the effects of his treatment from the first session, and I am even looking forward to it each time! Rupert is incredibly knowledgable and he is brilliant at explaining everything he is doing - I feel in safe hands and that I’ve already been helped a great deal. All the staff members at C1 are very friendly and professional, and several of my friends who have visited the clinic would say the same.

Visiting C1 Chiropractic Health Centre has been a hugely positive experience. Not only has Rupert identified and significantly eased the problems I have been having in my lower back and hips but he has explained the issues to me very clearly and in a way that has helped me understand my own body far better. I definitely recommend this place!! - David.

2 weeks after end of 6 session treatment I'm confident in managing my back issues. Rupert helped identify causes, work to alleviate them. I now know the triggers and have a proactive regime to strengthen and protect. Cheers, will be popping in again soon for check in.

I have been seeing Rupert on and off since 2013. He is my go to guy especially when I do something silly like deadlift heavy weights or write a dissertation. His grace and dry wit cheer me to no end. I appreciate that our sessions are incredibly informative. I learn so much about my body mechanics during these sessions. With this knowledge, I am able to further extend the magic from his adjustments. Most importantly, Rupert cares. He equips you with exercises and post-adjustment tips that you can easily do at home. There is no hard sell, just legit, good old-fashioned awesomeness. What a rarity, these days.
