SO BAD that this PRACTICE SHOULD SHUT DOWN. If your doctor calls you and then also prescribes you with medication, then yes, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy on the day. HOWEVER, if you repeat a perscription, they will NEVER and I mean N.E.V.E.R send your prescription to the chemist! You must go the the surgery first, to get your prescription, get asked the same stupid question about wheather your medication gets sent to the pharmacy or not. DUUHHH the prescription goes to the chemist! Where else would it go?? If you never send repeat prescriptions to the chemist, then why the hell would you ask that stupid question litrally every time???? Not to mention, the receptionist pretends she has "no idea" wheather your prescription has been done or not when you call and ask. SERIOUSLY!????? Treat patients with respect or close down.
