I have kidney stones. Blood was not asked to examine, urine examination was not detailed (no additional info apart from that I don't have infection), no possibilities to see urologist, no medication prescribed, appointment was stopped as officially doctor gives an appointment of 10min and no longer. Terrible system, very unprofessional.

Avoid this practice at all costs. They failed to send over my prescription on 3 different occasions, despite me calling up the practice to confirm it had been sent. When I had to trek 50 minutes to collect it, the receptionists were both on their lunch break and refused to speak to me, despite this being an urgent issue. I later told them I have epilepsy and stress is very bad for my condition, but received no apology, only excuses of their petty feud with the pharmacy. I am 24 and they put me forward for the Astro-Zeneca despite news of blood clots already having been reported. My 1st jab of Pfizer was then delayed by 2 months. The doctor I spoke with also did not help me to speed up my second jab, despite rising Covid Cases and the fact that I am in a vulnerable group, moreover having recently had a tonic clonic seizure. I still haven't received my 2nd jab and now am infected with the delta variant. Thanks very much
