Lovely hotel room, amazing views and in a fantastic location. Bed was very comfy. Bar staff were the most lovely and polite. Who want above and beyond for us. Only confusion was when we arrived with the parking. All in all a good stay and would stay again.

The hotel was quite modern and the rooms were big. The staff were polite also. The reasons for the 3 star rating are: 1) I left my room at 9am and didn't return until 1pm/2pm, and my room was in exactly the same state as I left it. It wasn't cleaned at all. 2) I paid £28 for valet parking, but I wish they just had a self-serve car park as I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after check out for a member of staff to bring my car outside the hotel, despite the car park being next to the hotel. Normally I enjoy my stay in other Radisson hotels, but this one just seemed average.

Haha, 2am and I call room service. “May I order a ham and cheese toasty please?” The guy barely understands what I say then just runs through the extremely limited; four-item evening menu. It’s basically a notch above a hostel.

Nicely situated in the city centre. Fairly big room to be a standard room, and clean although a slight odour which takes it down to 4. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast. Parking is a bit pricey so you might want to look at somewhere else to to park. (A few within reasonable walking distance unless you have loads of luggage.)

Very unsatisfied with my stay here. Rooms were cold and basic for the high price. We asked for rooms near each other to work, away from the lift etc (my colleague is a high ranking loyalty member) we were not given most of our requests. Reception was almost unmanned with no concierge when we arrived. The only thing that saved it was a good location and decent views of the Avon.

Barely any light in the hotel room. We were shocked by how dark it was! Not even a table lamp to read! Not worth the stay at all for the price, rooms were old. The only reason to stay would be the very good view of bristol city!

A great location in the middle of Bristol. An easy walk to SS Great Britain and M-Shed. Clifton Suspension Bridge is nearby. Loads of pubs and restaurants all around, we particularly liked those in The Old City for the atmosphere.
