The treatment itself (pregnancy massage) was very good and I left feeling so much better. The therapist was skilled and experienced. However, there is an issue of lack of clarity around the pricing list: when booking non the website clients are shown prices which are not the actual prices to be paid. For example I booked on the website for a total of £85 and then paid £100 as the City branch has higher prices than other venues. I find this is unfair to clients who do not have full visibility and understanding of what they will be paying.

I have been looking for a good salon to make my regular place for years in London and think I have finally found it here. It's run with warmth and efficiency and has a clean and welcoming environment. The head manager is particularly good and professional at waxing! :)

I confess I wasn’t expecting a male therapist but Boyan was very friendly and welcoming and quickly put me at ease whilst being extremely respectful. The therapy room and shower facilities were immaculate and comfortable, and the treatment itself was divine. My skin is silky soft in a way it hasn’t been in a while and I left feeling both relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommended the spa, treatment and therapist!

Afshan was absolutely amazing. She was very welcoming. Went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Introduced me to several other services. I have already booked several additional . The spa is nice and offers a wide variety of services. Everyone was so kind! Thank you very much!

Alina is a super lovely lady who makes you feel really comfortable. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and keeps you talking to take your mind off your wax. Honestly if I could give her a 10 instead of 5 I would.
