I am a new client in this lovely salon. I had an haircut done last week and today they have done my nails. I am very happy. The staff is very friendly and professional, I felt at home. I highly recommend a visit.

Not happy with the service at all. Very disappointed. Felt rushed and treated like I paid £10 when I paid £55. I went there for a cut/ blow dry + olaplex (which it wasn’t) and they offered me £60. I was thinking to not have the blow dry and she said that then it will be £55, but when I changed my mind and I wanted to have the blow dry she said it would be £65 instead of £60 (initial cost) Then she said that it was raining, so she didn’t do it because there was no point. I mean, if it’s raining I can’t have my hair blow dry at the hairdresser? And when I’m paying for it anyway?? And when I’m asking for it? I find this very unprofessional. Not coming back for sure and going to spend my money elsewhere. * now you are offering me a complimentary mask and a blow dry? This must be a joke. I paid for it and you didn’t do it. My hair were left WET. I wouldn’t came back to your salon even for free because I had the worst service ever. Never felt so bad, you just took my money for nothing. No one should be treated like that. Everyone in London works hard to earn money and never ever someone should take advantage of other people.

I was the last customer of the day but at no point did I feel rushed or like my hairdresser wasn't taking as much care as she would with any other client. The salon is calm and very clean. I was warmly welcomed and offered a hot drink and a biscuit. Really friendly service and shall definitely be visiting again!

I booked my hair colouring and haircut appointment with Natalie, as I had read amazing reviews about her. My hair colour came out much better than expected. Natalie did a great job with both the colour and the cut. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely atmosphere - all staff very friendly and polite. Bella did my hair and it turned out great. It was a very substantial re-styling too so I was a bit worried but she is very experienced and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend.

Natalia was very accommodating and professional. She work beyond your expectations she was amazing. She made you so comfortable and deed wonderful. Advices how to look after your hair to maintain the beauty of it. She’s really the best and hard working. Look after her if you need help for beautiful outcome. Bless her!

Last Monday I had a very good shampoo and blow dry from Izabel, when I visited this salon for the first time. She was experienced and styled my hair very well. She wore a mask to protect me and her during my appointment. I was delighted with my first experience.

Great place to relax and be pampered! Super nice staff, especially Amira! I definitely recommend it!
