Alright place, not ideal if you want to relax.

Had the PERFECT experience here. Some people are hard to please, but if you’re the average human being, looking to de-stress, ignore all other reviews. Honestly, it’s chilled out, clean, covid-secure, warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Vimbai, who treated me to a lovely hot stone massage. She was amazing and professional and I’m so grateful for her! Can’t wait to come back and highly recommend! (Also, if you can’t get through phone, maybe the team are busy, so email them, they got back to me.)

AVOID! Horrible customer service. I had booked a spa day for a specific day, only to then receive an email saying that they had overbooked (their fault, as the website calendar showed as available). This took two days to resolve as I kept trying to call back but no one was picking up. When I finally got through, I agreed to move to a different day even though this was very inconvenien for me. Then, on the day pf the appointment we called ahead to inform them that there was severe travel disruption as the tube line got suspended. We arrived only some 15m late, but the staff refused to see us... They were extremely uncooperative - I had prepaid for the service, but they wouldn't consider any other options, like pushing back, moving date or even doing the treatment when it would eat into our time (!). I am extemeely disappointed by the venue's hypocrisy, as I had agreed to move my appontment (which I had to do due to an error on their part), but they then refused to show any flexibility whatsoever when there were circumstances outside of our control. I've used so many beauty parlours and spas before and have never experience such poor customer service. Have told everyone I know to avoid this place.

Had an extremely relaxing massage and facial. Lovely staff and pretty surroundings

We spent 6 hours here and had two lovely treatments, the anti-aging eye treatment' and a hot stone massage. We also swam and used the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. All the staff were amazing, so helpful. The spa was fine, but some areas need updating/some TLC. The only issue I had was trying to contact the spa to book. I tried on and off since July by email and phone & finally got to speak to someone about a week before we were due to go. This meant we had one treatment at 4 pm and then one at 19.30. All in all though, it was a great experience. Thanks so much.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly and eager to help make the experience memorable. Facilities dated and old. Jacuzzi needs repainting and all chipped and seemed to be weak so probably needs a maintenance. Was a shame that kids swimming lessons where happening it made me reluctant to get into the pool which was disappointing. I had a raindrop massage which was out of this world. My lady was terrific very skilled polite and thorough.

My husband bought me a gift voucher for my birthday to use during a 1 night stay at the hotel. I tried on several occasions prior to our stay to contact the spa to use my voucher and book a treatment and failed to do so. On one occasion I was told to e-mail the voucher which I did straight away and expected a call immediately but nothing. On our arrival at the spa we explained the situation and were told there was no availability for during our stay. We asked for a refund and were told this would need to go via head office The manager gave us his contact to send the information to him so that he could process this . Nearly a month later we are still awaiting the refund despite my husband chasing it up. Awful customer service.

Amazing experience, the spa is super clean and not very busy. It modern and nice. The service is great especially from Jan and Vimbai their facial treatment was 10/10, they were super friendly and made an amazing atmosphere.

Good pool. 18 meter long. Nice standard gym.
