Disgusting as denied Dr's appointment 13/12/18 or being able to make one before Christmas unless urgent, it's not fit for purpose. This practice is hemorrhaging Dr's. Before long it will all be advanced practitioners, nurses and witch Dr's. You can't get to see a Dr in less than a month and there's hardly any left. I see that three good ones have apparently left recently. Drs Wylie, Slater and Turner-Parry (as of 03/07/19). It's not the Doctors that are the problem but the company itself. it is not fit for service that's why Doctors keep leaving.

Service has been terrible ever since I moved here. I’ve tried to call for appointments many times and hardly ever get an answer. Had an appointment today for something and all of a sudden they cancelled it last minute and asked me to ring in to rearrange, obviously tried calling multiple times and got nothing as usual. Also had a problem a while back which they asked me to get samples for which I gave in and never got anything back at all as if they’ve forgotten about it. Absolutely sick of it. Get nothing out of it when needed

Really bad service. Usually awaiting time on the phone is over 10 minutes, and then it is not even possible to book urgent appointment for child, 2 years old child, every time I have been told that someone will call back, even while my child is having such high temperature as 40 degree plus additional symptoms. Today when someone called me back I have been told that there is no more space to book my child in, and been told to call out of hours gp instead, so what was purpose of that call back then.

Appalling just Appalling reception staff have no idea what they are doing, they are rude and un empathetic. If you cannot get a correct response from the reception team how on earth are you supposed to see the GP????

This is a brilliant surgery... If you are healthy and don't need them. If you do, different story. Trying to book an appointment is almost comical. Online, there are so many options to tick that I feel there is an AI there ready to diagnose me. Then, you (may) get a callback, most likely from a receptionist that would have to assess how urgent is the care required. You finally see somebody, after a couple of weeks. I have knee pain from arthritis, but there is no chance of surgery since I am a smoker ( as far as I know its not a knee transplant), and I have been told that straight to my face. Injections? I am probably past that, same reasoning for refusal. But feel free to get in touch... And exercise. Unfortunately, my body tells me otherwise, and in order to cope with a job that requires me on my feet, I have become sedentary, because of the constant pain, whether I am walking, going up or down the stairs or lying in bed. It took 1 year for a folow up after I have been sent to an MRI. Apparently my GP left. So, don't count on systems and procedures that insure continuity. I wish I had a better review, but, with the kind of pain I am in only a cigarette will calm me down (I don't like painkillers). Stay healthy.

3/ 5

The doctors are generally good in the time I have been with them, but since the phone number changed it has been horrendous trying to get an appointment. Interminable waiting times, kicked from the queue with no reason, automated callbacks that never happen, and when you finally get through half the time the receptionist can do nothing and you have to book online through the awful form system, which is so contrived, long winded and repetitive it makes me want to pull my hair out - especially if you are booking for someone else. On the bright side the doctor gets back to you quickly once you're through all that.
