Organic food, reasonable prices, great coffee - what more could you ask for. This branch is light and airy, well lit so you can see what you are consuming. Staff are slick and efficient to serve. Can sit outside weather permitting. Good choice of food to eat in or take out. Standards are same whatever branch you visit. An outlet I would support for their ethos of putting some thought into the environment

Asked for a decaff latte along with some food items to eat in. Took a sip of the latte and all I got was the awful taste of salt! Took it back and asked for a new cup after explaining what was wrong. Other coffee thrown away new cup made, except she gave me a black decaf before even asking me what the drink was! Didn't seem to understand what I was saying and asked someone else to make it while proceeding to go out the back in a huff. Lady next to me got a drink she never even asked for, then the server continued to insist that she did ask for that drink despite, the lady say ing she'd never had that drink in her life and didn't even know what it was! Poor form Pret, you can do better.

It was really dissapointed and the mug that my drink was made it was dirty and I mentioned to the girl that she made it obviously she apologise and made me other drink but guess was the mug was dirty again... And when they come the closer time they made quite clear they wanted us ASAP and I even make a joke telling them that we were leaving a minute before the closing time. Had to say that my experience there yesterday was not a pleasant one at all.
