Avoid this gym! Equipment is in poor condition, dirty and some are damaged to the point of being dangerous. The leg press comes off the rails when you try to lower it, the bicep curl machine is broken, pullover machine has no seat.. just lots wrong with this gym. Not enough weight plates for doing heavy lifts either. Plus the fact that it's full of kids smoking e cigs in the middle of the gym. It's the only place I've ever seen someone actually vaping while walking on a treadmill and in between sets. The management don't seem to care either.

Highly regarded in the local area for powerlifting, weights training and martial arts. This gym offers a vast range of equipmemt, treadmills, dumbells, benches, weight-lifting bars, squat racks and exercise machines, many of which not available in ordinary gyms. There is also a generous selection of punch bags, a matted area and fully furnished steel cage making this gym popular amongst martial arts enthusiasts. Highly-recommended!
