Stephen was amazing! He went out of his way to get to know all his guests, there was no job that he wouldn’t do or seen beneath him even though he was the manager. 10/10 staff 10/10 service 10/10 hotel!

Couldn’t love this place anymore if we tried. The whole team are friendly and helpful in every way. This is the second time we have stayed here and it was just as great as the first. We ordered a lot of room service on this visit which was of great taste and arrived in an efficient time. The breakfast in bed was beautifully cooked. The whole hotel is just stunning, we can’t wait to go back and visit again. Thanks for an amazing night.

Surprised my boyfriend here for his birthday. I came all the way up from London. How amazing is the infinity pool overlooking great views in Manchester. We went in March, which was a very cold time but the pool was heated for us. Basically has the pool to ourselves, they had a phone which connected to reception and you can order drinks to come up! Totally worth the price and we got some amazing insta-worthy photos which the waiter took for us. Great location too.

Amazing location, staff super friendly, helpful but down to earth. The big chap on security was so good to us during our stay. The room and hotel keeps it's original character with modern twists. The room was amazing and the bed super comfy. The spa was incredible, a bucket list item for sure. The view from there and the bar are both amazing. Be sure to book in as part of your stay. Minor feedback would be to add bath toiletries and a wider cocktail list making clear which are short/long drinks. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. The location is perfect.

A fantastic unique, boutique hotel, I love staying here, the perfect little escape from reality. The interior design throughout is stunning, the service is of high standards and the staff are so attentive - the private access to the stunning infinity pool topped everything off perfectly! Breakfast in bed here is a must and an absolute treat. Thank you to all the staff at KSTH, I will most definitely stay again and high recommend.

I have just returned from thee most amazing experience from start to finish. The quality of the hotel throughout, the location and the service from all staff is five star all the way! A special shout out to the female member of staff that works nights on front of house, thank you so much for going above and beyond your duties, I have arranged for a thank you card and gift to be sent across to you. I can not wait to return in February!

Excellent service and food. Cocktails are also lovely. The menu is a little pricey but worth a visit every now and then. A former bank that has been transformed into an excellent hotel.

I worked at King Street Townhouse as a wedding photographer, and would highly recommend. The interior is stunning, the staff provide amazing service, the food is delicious and the Rooftop Terrace is awesome. The terrace also provides a bonus, 360 view of the whole of Manchester city center, which look stunning in the backdrop of the photos and is the perfect place for a golden hour portrait session.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here as a last minute trip. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Our “cosy room” was not small in the slightest. Very clean and great facilities. The pool was gorgeous. Bed was so comfy we both had an amazing nights sleep. Would recommend it
