First one lady send cant see to me go to another lady and then that Lady caused issue for me and ref

First one lady send cant see to me go to another lady and then that Lady caused issue for me and refused to check and send my passport form. She clearly had training issues trying to tell me what needs being done when i clearly showed her on the official Passport website showing her everything ive done is correct.. this Caused Delay for me and i still need to get it sent asap..!!!!
