Kidlington Post Office oxford

Shame this post office would have potential if ran by the correct people I would probably go to the other opposite Sainsbury from now on. Just rude customer service.

Website states it would be open till 5:30. Arrived at 3:30 and was closed with no notice.

The place does not close at 22 as the post is not able to fill in the roles....

Post office doesnt close at 22h, update that info as I went there now at 19h and it was closed

Update the opening times!

Just the rudest most curt staff i've ever had to deal with at any post office branch. (There is one nice lady) Desperately in need of a manager that could offer up some training in customer service.

Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful I visited this post office on the 5 October for a DBS identity validation, a service the website page for this post office states it provides. The counter assistant told me quite directly that not only did the post office not provide it but that the only post office in Oxfordshire that does was the Oxford City Centre Post Office and I would have to go there. I challenged this and explained that it showed on the website Kidlington provides the service. She would not consult her colleague or anyone else to help me with the service or confirm what she was telling me was true. I was suspicious I was being lied to and that she just did not want to do it. As a result I drove to Woodstock Sub Post Office, a 10 mile round trip where they were only too happy to do it, hence confirming my suspicions. I have just made an official complaint on the Post Office website before checking out the reviews on here. The reviews on here tend to suggest there is a problem at Kidlington so I would encourage anyone experiencing a problem to make an official complaint. Hopefully they can make an investigation and bring about some positive changes to their appalling customer service.

Staff are horrendous, always rude. Will never visit this post office again
