Never had a problem - think they are too busy at times and need more staff now that some of the banks have closed but always found the ones I’ve used helpful and friendly - like the fact it’s open later and in a Saturday so can’t complain !

I don't know how they train their ccounter staff or measure their performance. Service was painfuly slow with simple tasks like posting a parcel taking 6 minutes from one of their ccounter staff.

The staff members are by far the rudest and slowest workers I have ever seen. If you ask advise on which service to use, the staff roll their eyes at you. If you can, use an alternative post office.

Really appalling customer service. Have attempted to use this branch twice and both times I've been really taken aback by the attitude of the staff behind the counter. Really unhelpful to the point I suspect they deliberately go slow around 5.30 to make sure you miss the post. There are plenty of options for Post Office services - all I suspect would be a better option than this one - I doubt how they could be worse.

I've been a couple times already, and each time I've been served by a young man who couldn't look more miserable in their job. Each time, not a single word is spoken to me and he never makes eye contact. I went in yesterday, and as I knew it would be closing at 4, I just made it in 10 minutes before close. As I walk towards the back of the shop, he gives me a death stare as I approach the back. I go and I stand in the queue. There's no one else waiting, but he's busy counting change so I wait for him to finish so I can send my parcel. I'm stood there till at least 10 past 4, in which he decides to get up, walk out and turn the lights off inside the room as if I was not stood there waiting the entire time for assistance. People like him makes me wonder how they still have a job. I've worked in customer facing roles and there isn't a chance I could get away with behaviour like this. I swear the staff of Post Office are just untouchable.
