This has now become a very poorly equipped post office. Six kiosks (Four for post and two for travel money). However there is usually only two members of staff at any one time, or in some circumstances only one. Waited in the queue for 30 minutes, due to lack of staff, resulted in missing the last post time so a next day service will now take 3 days however still paid full price (£6.60). Most disappointed with this lack of service as where many others in the queue, who where more vocal.

Worst service ever. In context, Rude, Lazy, Underhanded and Discriminatory. Do not use this place for click and drop as your items may never arrive.. Click and Drop I have used this place for 5 years for OBA items for my business contract with Royal Mail without hitch. Unfortunately after a 1 year break in business I have resumed using this post office for click and drop consignments. Though, not exactly click and drop, the staff had been weighing my parcels and if they were ever half or a full gram over stated weight they would hold them and return them to me the next day. Once I realised this I stopped using them. 5 Months later I returned for a personal matter and they returned more goods to me they had been keeping behind the counter. For this id already refunded my eBay buyers and took negative ratings for. Note I only using PIP packaging and all goods are the correct size & weight as I weigh them myself. When I confronted the staff they all passed the buck to each other and were quite rude in doing so. Very childish. Collecting parcels Unfortunately sometimes ill miss a parcelforce consignment and they arrive at this post office. Having been with these guys now for 6 years, under my personal name and business name I have done MANY collections sometimes with my ID sometimes without. The last visit the young lady very negatively stated to me that ill need ID under the business name and that I could not have my package until I did so. Note this is not the same procedure at other post offices, Norton street delivery centre or in the past even this post office. The lady was very brash and rude again and I had to leave disgruntled. A few days later after compiling business documentation I came to get my parcel. I was served by another member of staff who didn't require any documents or ID and he handed over the parcel. I believe in this case that i'm being discriminated against. Purely because most regulars get the red carpet treatment yet after only ever being kind and polite to them they treat me like a second class citizen, as if I had just insulted them and they don't want to deal with me. A complaint is on its way and I do hope that these people can brush up on their customer service skills.

Rude member of staff who said they can't issue a postal order and the bank has to do this. Was also very rude to the other customers. I would definitely make the extra journey to go elsewhere

Rarely use but on both occasions I have had to either send or collect a parcel I have not been able too for one reason or another. No smiles or effort to help. Feels like they would rather you went elsewhere. Would never use if I had a choice.
