Always had excellent service from my this local post office. Very helpful. Hardly ever needed to queue for longer than a minute or two and always have any forms I need in stock. Very polite staff too.

Very rude, no customer service skills, not even basic communication skills. Wont be going again.

I have started using this post office recently both for parcels and banking, I am always served by friendly staff who know what they are doing. Minimal waiting time which is unusual in a post office.

Every time I go to send something, the first thing they always ask is what is inside the box. It is none of their business what I am posting as long as I comply with the rules, which I do. The second annoying thing that they do is to always trying to upsell me on their most expensive postage option ALWAYS. I now just print my label at home to avoid being scammed by this money hungry franchise. I would go somewhere else but it is the closest I have.

This has been my local post office since 1993 and I couldn't be more delighted. The staff are great, always helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service and staff Enjoy visiting and feel safe with all covid rules being adhered to and still being able to provide a professional service I'm amazed by some of the previous reviews as what I've witnessed is the exact opposite
