Staff are always friendly and helpful. They work hard to ensure deadlines are met and services are acquired appropriately. Yes, there is often a queue, yes, there is often someone working but not at the counter, but, how do we expect a post office to run smoothly? I find the longer opening hours very useful and appreciate the work put in to ensure my post goes on time and efficiently.

Have just taken 15 minutes to walk to the Tesco post office only to find it shut early yet again. This has happened on numerous Saturdays at around this time over the last couple of months. If you can’t get the staff to work TIL 8pm then change the opening hours so that customers don’t waste their time going there only to find it shut.

Was waiting for 10-15 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me in the queue, and only one position open, and the other 2 closed. A woman was just pottering around behind the woman serving, why not see there's customers who have been waiting ages and open a position? Doesn't customer service come first before admin duties? Obviously not here. I ended up leaving as had to be somewhere and couldn't wait any longer. Awful service!

I shall now be avoiding this branch. Twice I have had the misfortune of being served by the scowling miserable pessimistic individual who not only has zero faith in any parcel actually being delivered, but demonstrably detests her job!

Only giving 5* because of the great service I received from Ange, I had quite a few parcels to deliver and she was so patient and helpful. I couldn't find the qr code and she advised me of how to get the label printed. She was so lovely, she deserves to be recognised!

Been using this Post Office for years. Bring back the polite friendly and helpful staff that worked here before the refurbishment. New Post office staff are not customer friendly, no manners and quite rude...told to "get your scales sorted" as the weight differed from their scales..even though I'd already said I'd pay the difference.

Great little local post office located inside tesco. Can be busy at times, especially first thing and at lunch time, but not really a problem as there's plenty of space to queue. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. The car park can be a bit of a nightmare if tesco is busy. Watch out for the huge pot hole at the entrance, and just park on the street if the car park looks busy instead of queueing on the road to get in.
