Stockwood Post Office bath

Absolutely awfull the boy with dark hair who works behind the till on the post office part! Charged me for a medium parcel on all 4 parcels untill I questioned it and said they are large letters! He tried and they went straight through! His excuse was it’s been a long day! No Mate your just a rip off *****!

Good local post office with money exchange, general stationery combine with your local shop. Be careful of the actual opening times of the post office. See my photo. Staff were very helpful

Never open when it says it is! Rubbish

They make you wait for over 20 minutes and when you get to the counter they tell you that they are closed when they still have ten minutes to deal with you. Absolute shambles!!! Picking up parcels is just as bad. One or two of the assistants are nice but the guy that's there is completely rude. Won't go there again!

Opening hours for Post Office are wrong on Google and the Post Office website. Constantly 2 members of staff behind the screen but there is only ever one position open, even when the queue is backing out the door

went to send back my iphone to ee and be told it free then lady told me oh it £8 for send it back :o

the office shows to be open online but when I arrived in, the lady said that she has closed the post office and refused to accept my items.

Never had any problems here. Always polite staff and very helpful on anything post office related. Would advise not going early in the morning. Expect large que specially on Tuesdays. I think a lot of people get there pension on Tuesdays making the que very large and mostly only 1 staff working.
