Opens at 9 not 8:30 like it says online. Kept me waiting ages once while the clueless shop employee (not post office) tried to sign in on the out of hours machine. Very useful and convenient that they are there. Edit: The actual post office employee takes ages too. Chatting endlessly while a long queue forms. Please replace these people with a self service machine.

They don't open till 9am on a Saturday, not 8.30 as it says online. They also don't take parcelforce drop and go parcels that are too big to fit through their hatch...but you don't find that out till you go there. They need a clear description of their services online so people don't waste their time.

The most fantastic and friendly lady behind the counter in the post office. Post man hung on to take my parcel as I arrived late to post it. What a good service!

Friendly and efficient staff, nice bright atmosphere in the shop. Especially refreshing when I'm used to Odd Down post office - which is run by miserable rude unhappy staff. So I now choose to travel from Odd Down to use Bradford Road post office.

Simon, despite being on his own for the whole day, was courteous, patient and had the sense of humour you need when dealing with the range of queries and requests one receives in a newsagent/post office. Helped to have my package sorted for shipment to Serbia and had a smile on his face the whole time. Bravo Simon - keep it up!

Opening times listed online are just nonsense. The Post Office counter is in a McColls that opens at 7am. The Post Office opens at 9am. Neither of these open at 6am so thanks for the wasted journey. Utterly useless.

Needed urgently to post something on this day and it is absolutely pouring rain. So decided to google a post office which would be close enough to drive to and have somewhere to park and WOULD BE OPEN AS IT SAYS IN ITS INFO - open on Saturday till 8 pm. Of course, I go into this hassle in this weather, arrive and it is bloody closed! Why are some post offices decide to have random opening times and never follow their schedule that is listed online.... what is the point of this... update your opening hours!

The chap who "works" here is quite possibly the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. His manner is truly shocking, he always seems quite happy if he has a way to catch you out. I am lost to understand why he is so nasty with customers.

Avoid here. The guy behind the desk is fantastically rude, seems to blame customers for the fact he has to do his work but doesn't appear to know what he's doing.
