What a thorough professional lady Nicole is I had a little problem locating some tiles for a repair in my shower room built from Porcelanosa seven years ago No chance , I thought. But Nicole didn’t shy away from the challenge She spoke to colleagues offsite and managed to get the correct ones. Job done.
