No wonder this business is failing. Next to being overpriced with bare selection there's also a creepy manager, at least I hope that's what he was, following and eyeballing me and then topped off my visit with a snarky remark about how long I took to make a selection. I had already been trying to avoid him by asking a woman assistant instead to help me find calendars and planners. If I go back and he's there again I'll update with his name..😒

Staff are friendly and helpful. Range of supplies has gone downhill, can't get ink for my printer that I bought there (previous named outlet) for example. Shop about for prices too - some things are a bargain others not so.

My Mrs and I where just about to get married and as you all know it costs a fortune. To save some money we made and printed our own name plates for our guests. My Mrs went in and asked how much it would cost to cut them, she was told £4.50. We went in today, there was two guys standing behind the counter doing something on the computer. When we asked to get the name plates cut, they called another colleague over to deal with it. In her defence she was busy changing price tickets. When she was called over is when it started. The woman looked really annoyed when she came over and was pretty abrupt with my Mrs. She then told my Mrs that it was £1.50 per cut.....that’s thirty name plates to be cut and some other bits. When we asked why we where told it was £4.50 for the lot, we got some vague answer that somebody had screwed up. We where also told that the cutting machine wouldn’t cut everything properly. I suggested buying a guiletine which was cheaper. At this point my Mrs was starting to get annoyed as she had used the exact same cutting machine before in previous employment and was adamant that the machine was good enough to do the job. I waded in to cool things off and go and look at the cheaper alternative. The sales colleague wouldn’t stop saying the machine wasn’t going to cut properly and it ended up in an argument between the sales colleague and my Mrs. I thought this was highly amusing until I realised my Mrs was going to blow a gasket. In short, Even though there was a difference in opinion about the damned cutting machine, the sales colleague should never have gotten in to an argument with a customer. It was as if it was a complete chore to do something simple. I have been helped before in that store and it was perfectly fine, but this woman has put me off ever going back there.

I went here to make some photocopies and, apart from being incredibly overpriced, the man working there treated us very disrespectfully and seemed to be kind of annoyed by our presence. One of the worst experiences I've had in a shop.

Terrible customer service by the blonde girl at the copy and print asked for 10 photocopies of a3 plans she said it would be half an hour gave me a price, so i came back half an hour later and the price more than doubled to 24.75! Said i wasnt paying that so instead of honoring the original price the copies went in the bin! Waste of time.
