Nice well spaced out store in the heart of Edinburgh. Found everything we needed although took some time as not well signposted and lacked staff in shop floor, however overall good impression. Shame to see stores in other cities closing down due to high street trade falling greatly post Covid.

Went here today just to pick up something for stocking fillers. It had sold out in the shop the staff offered to order for me on line. Their computer system was down but they didn't let that stop them. Can't praise them enough, didn't catch any of their names but they were all great 100% for their customer service skills, all of them .
