Pierre Victoire oxford

Went to Pierre Victoire for a birthday. Was lovely. Food was stunning, service was good, attentive staff. Atmosphere is a bonus, great vibe going on. I had the mussels for a main, glorious. Other thing I would say which is it’s quite spenny, main varies from £14 to £30? But food is delicious, so paying for what you are getting. Would recommend. And will be returning.

Just incredible French food. Visited three times now and went for NYE and had such a great time. Beautifully decorated restaurant, fantastic menu and good prices. My favourite thing is they offer half bottles of decent wine too! Absolutely a must visit for no shortcuts French dining.

Absolutely delicious food. And great atmosphere. Definitely recommended. From their lovely staff to the hospitality. You definitely have the right idea when it comes to wishing people a lovely night out.

This restaurant is a real French restaurant and very affordable. I felt like I am in Paris. I added our foods' pictures. I loved them! I will definitely visit this restaurant and try their wine.

This is truly the best French restaurant in Oxford. The service, food and ambience are fabulous. There was this feeling of comfort when I stepped in till I stepped out. I also had a brief but nice chat with the waitress. Overall, superb restaurant with superb everything!

We always had great experience there and have recommended it to many friends. But during our visit today, it was a lot noisy from clattering of plates and cutlery being put away for washing I guess( we were seated upstairs and it was a bit distracting as it was happening frequently). The pork belly I ordered from the set menu was also a bit hard even with steak knife (sauce was delicious). Easily understandable that they could get busy during festive times, but would always remain as one of the best in town if they could mind few little things like that, thanks.

Went to Pierre Victoire for birthday celebration. The food was delicious and service was great. Prices are on point at about 30 quid for three course meal. Cheese souffle is the best I've had.

Amazing 3 course Sunday lunch menu for £18.50. Everything was fresh, flavorsome home made and delicious. Will definitely go back!

My favourite Bistro in Oxford - have been going to Pierre Victoire for 14 years or so now. Always love bringing visitors to the city here as it's consistently a great experience all-round. Also lovely for a meal out with a partner for a very reasonable price with the set menu style menu for the quality of the food and service. In comparison to chain options in a similar style for example.Definitely recommend!
