Had a lovely meal at Gee's. The wait staff were very attentive, professional and happy. The food was fantastic. One of my group had a problem with their meal and this was dealt with so promptly and without fuss that it only reinforced how lovely the service was. The restaurant itself is a picture! I would advice booking in advance as it was very busy over the lunch hours.

First class warm welcome. Excellent service. I was given a lovely place to sit. The menu? I wanted every dish. I chose the bass. Delicious. Cooked perfectly. The wine? I was assisted in my choice by a well presented lady who picked exactly what I liked. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. Superb in every way and because of that not expensive.

Came for brunch and eggs were raw - I don’t mean a little bit of runny white, I mean half the egg. Bacon was presented as a stack, which looked awesome, but only the outer most slice was crispy. Generally really nice ingredients and basic recipes but not cooked well (maybe the commis did ours?). Service was pretty slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Staff were very friendly and otherwise pro though. Really nice atmosphere and decor, and comfortable too. Wouldn’t complain on the food/service except for the price. If it’s gonna cost more it’s gotta be good. Probably wouldn’t go again - well, I’d go if someone else really wanted to.

Lovely restaurant. The food and the service are excellent! Please note, if you're in a hurry for lunch, Gee's isnt fast food. Gee's is made to order and takes time. You'll get a proper meal and proper service at Gee's.!

Great place, lovely food and really attentive and friendly staff. Went for my wife's 40th birthday and they couldn't have been nicer. The orangey is beautiful and relaxed and has a wow factor. I would definitely recommend going for a non fussy but really enjoyable meal.

Pros: Lovely place, beautiful food, great service. Couldn't fault the experience. Cons: service charge is automatically added, which usually doesn't bother me. However, I always ask who gets it... lucky I did. The business take 50% the managers take a cut too. The rest of the staff share about 35% of the overall tip. The food isn't exactly cheap, which is fine but surely the restaurant doesn't need an additional 6.25% on top?!

Amazing service and food. Atmosphere is beautiful. Went for our first wedding anniversary and they made it feel special without being over the top. Cocktails are a must! Up there with the best I’ve tasted. Course it’s a bit pricey, it’s Oxford, but one of the few places that is totally worth it.

Gees is really nice. It looks like it's housed in an old orangery and is decorated really well. The cocktails are very nice and we had several before we went on to the food which again was very very good. I would thoroughly recommend this place

Nice venue although greenhouse part seemed very noisy so best to sit at “inside” tables (near bar and kitchen) for less ambient noise. Guinea fowl and kale with courgettes side order was really delicious. Service very attentive and friendly despite being quite busy. Open on Mondays!
