Ordered a pair of shoes and paid for next day delivery so they would arrive before I went on holiday. After not receiving a dispatch email I contacted them for an update. I was then informed they would arrive the day after… this isn’t acceptable when you pay for a next day service. Especially when you aren’t in the country to receive the delivery. Very disappointed.
