Extremely poor receptionist. Even though I had their number from the gp, she didn't even bother checking what is the issue, advised that I need call another surgery and hung up. The worst service i have ever experienced.

Receptionists attitudes are poor, forgot to sign an important form for my girlfriend, they left it nearly 4 weeks late and tried to pass the blame. You have to be strong willed with the receptionists or they will just take the mick. Dr Stanley however is a brilliant top rate Doctor, best one there by a country mile

During the worst of the pandemic both my husband and myself have needed to contact our surgery for appointments via the phone and in person. At all times the staff have been brilliant and helpful. Dr. Williams especially has been so helpful almost like the good old days of a family doctor...well done to Park Street Surgery.

If one of the decent reception staff answers your call these days consider yourself lucky

Had very few of my ailments actually treated here and thats the rare times I'm actually able to get through in the first place, as I write this I'm trying to get through to them, as per their request, to book in for blood tests and yet to speak to an actual human over 30 minutes in

I have been with this surgery for years however it’s been the last few years that I have needed them more than ever and can honestly say they have been so helpful, from the GP’s to the nurses so helpful and kind. Now, my friends and family are always complaining about their surgery, particularly the receptionists and I always say to them “well our surgery is not like that, the receptionists go out of there way to help“ and this is true, I’ve had to phone numerous times about different issues and can honestly say the receptionists have been great, I won’t name them incase I miss anyone out but they know who they are 😊 Keep up the good work, it is appreciated.

3 months on the bounce they have not sent my prescription to the pharmacy, when requested. Terrible attitude from reception. Will be putting in a complaint. I will never use them again. Need closing down, and all the staff replaced.
