From start to finish my project has been handled with professionalism and care by the team at Panoramic. A family business which employs their own fitters rather than subcontracting the work out and a company which doesn’t employ pushy sales techniques either - such a refreshing change! I will certainly use them again.

I was always going to be a hard customer to please because I had been in the window industry myself. I had a very exact specification that most companies could not achieve. Panoramic listened to my requirements and came back with a full set of drawings, a detailed specification , and a fixed price. All without any pressure. The Windows and doors were supplied on time and to a very high quality. There was a follow up call to check everything was O.K. I will definitely use them again

Very impressed with their magnificent showroom, the best I have ever visited! The quality of their products is superb, and their installers did a great job in safely removing our French doors which were to be re-used and replacing them with sliding patio doors. I would thoroughly recommend Panoramic.

Very freindly staff. Just had a great Sunday lu ch with chatty customers. People seem to like the steak and ale pie. Fresh Brixham fish on Fridays.

We had front windows and a back door installed by Panoramic. The whole process was brilliant from beginning to end. We would happily recommend Panoramic.

To be honest I’m not really sure where to start. We ordered windows from panoramic, and everything was well … there was a bit of damage done when installing the front windows which is fine. We expected it and wasn’t a problem it is what it is…. We had a few marks etc to which we told panoramic about and again this was dealt with…. The people installing the windows to the front of the house was great. The communication from the office was not !! After leaving countless messages and having to chase up when the repairs were going to take place was a bit of a joke. And they had to come back twice after the original installation which meant 2 days off work for me. Same with our back windows we had to do some chasing on them and a complaint about one of the fitters which I won’t go in to as I don’t think it’s for here. So after finally speaking to the lady manager she agreed to send some vouchers to us …. We never received these vouchers !! ….. and I called the office twice and left a message for the manager to call me back …. She’s always in meetings by the way and hardly ever returns your call. These messages were left a week apart to give her plenty of time … no call came neither did the vouchers ! Which to be honest I was fully expecting . I wouldn’t use this company if you like communication skills…. As they certainly lack in that. I am in the process of putting a formal complaint to the company as I have clearly been ignored and taken for a bit of a ride now they have had full payment. If you agree something then do it. People shouldn’t have to chase you.

Great beer, good food good staff

1. Had a front door fitted January 2021 2. The door mitre on one side was sub standard due to poor manufacturing from day one of installation. 3. The mastic around the door on installtion was extremely poor and only when we complained was it going to be put right. 4. The replacement door part was worse than the first. 5. Numerous letters, emails and phonecalls later we still have a sub standard door and are still waiting for the manufacturer( according to all three Directors of this company to have a look at it) 6. A company has one chance to put things right, they have failed and have gone silent. 7. Conditions of Sale Goods and Services and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 mean nothing to this company.

Steve came to fit our new front door. I was really impressed by his craftsmanship and relatively quiet work, as well as being a nice chap! The door is fantastic and has made such a difference to the temperature anPanoramic to anyone I hear looking for new doors or windows.

We'd just like to say that we're really pleased with the windows that your guys fitted today. Jason and his colleagues did a fantastic job.
