Been to this store numerous times for purchasing products and getting things fixed, the staff have a very friendly attitude and are more than willing to help with your issues. Had an issue with a macbook air i bought off them and was told it needed to be replaced as it was a fault on productions side, no costs and was done within 30 minutes including have all of my entities on the storage transferred over. A lot of the complaints I'm seeing seem to be based off Apples procedure for the stores that is set out by the corporate company, this should not be a reflection on the store employees.

' GONE RIGHT DOWN HILL APPLE SUPPORT HAVE '' This store will push that smile right off your face for any product support... Same if you go and call Apple customer support... They make you believe they are there to fully support you... but in honesty they can't follow through like they use to... very different to how the old Apple support was helping us customer.... Bye Bye Apple!!

These people don’t seem to want to make money! Came in with 10 mins before the shop closed and tried to buy 2 iPhoneX and they were not interested because they needed to close in 10mins. I was picking up phones for my staff in Indonesia as I have a business account (which means I only have that service in UK) and the phones are cheaper here. I’m not local and don’t know when I will be able to get to an Apple store again so I was rather surprised when they turned down £2k on the spot. I’m sure the staff are lovely people, I just find it odd when a business turns down accepting money. - I managed to get back and got served by Ricky, who completely made up for the previous evenings lack of service.

Had a phone emergency while visiting for the U.S. a few months back and the team at this store was incredibly helpful in getting me squared away with a temporary phone that held me over until I was able to get back home. Really appreciative of their outstanding service and great work!

Absolutely first class service this morning. My husband and I visited the store with a view to purchasing an Apple Mac. First stop was an hour of tuition from Henry. He was so helpful and informative and extremely patient with 2 oldies ( late 50s customers) We want to change from windows to a Mac. Went through lots of stuff with us at our pace which was pretty slow but so helpful. After taking a breather and grabbing a coffee we went back with a view to purchasing. We were served by DJ who was amazing. We took in our old slow windows lap top. He took us through the things we needed to do to get documents and music transferred and helped me update my iCloud storage. Honestly absolutely first class from both these members of staff. We will definitely be back for more help as we need it. Thank you so much from two very happy customers.

Very mixed service today. My daughter is exempt from wearing a mask but we were told she had to wear one or we’d have to leave and shop online!! The ‘manager’ tried to help by rushing things through but this had the opposite effect as we would’ve ended up buying the wrong phone. Luckily the young lady who took over was brilliant. She was knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision to go for the pro rather than the normal model. Definitely need to be more considerate of people with mental health/disabilities instead of jumping to conclusions about what is right.

Wether you are there to buy a new product or to get help from the Genius Bar, you can always be sure that you will have an experience to remember. Their products speak for itself, their customer service is brilliant and their after-sale service is what any customer dreams about. I love how you can try out almost all their products in store and even after your purchase then you can get a full refund within two weeks if you weren’t totally in love with your purchase. It gives you an overwhelming sense of comfort and helps you objectively judge your purchase aside from any buyers remorse. Yes their prices are high but their products are worth it. I love this branch.
