I have had nothing but trouble. A messy job, broken door frame, mess and silicone on my drive, incomplete job, 5 months later no one has rectified as they are blaming the fitters. It’s a joke. I have a broken door frame, my door jams a little when opening and a very unsightly piece of plastic stuck on my concrete step. How this company can get away with it shocks me?? Never use them again. My worst experience of double glazing.

If I could give it zero stars I would, I used to work here, the lads that work in factory making the products are really friendly. Management however are vile nothing you do is ever good enough... the boss Mike is a bully who just shouts and swears at you. Rather than support you... They really don't appreciate the workers enough.. I was there for a while but it made me miserable and I'm not a miserable person normally... it drains you to the max...

Not sure what happened with this company, going downhill for sure and the reviews speak for themselves. We ordered a window from them 9th June and booked delivery week commencing 13th July. On the day of delivery we called to check what time the window will be arriving, not a soul seemed to know what I was talking about at first, then they hit me with the news.... We won't be receiving the window until 27th July!! Not a phone call, email or one bit of correspondence to let us know the lead time had been extended. As the existing window has been taken out on the day of delivery and skipped, we boarded up the customers opening and waited. I contacted the sales rep who we were dealing with, via email on 16th July. After a follow up email, he finally responded on 21st July, almost 1 week later! Blaming COVID, although no excuse as to why we weren't contacted regarding delays. 5 Weeks after the original delivery date (9 weeks after confirmation) and still no window. We finally got hold of the sales rep after plenty of "he'll call you back" and he promised it was ready and would be delivered the following day. Following day arrived, lo and behold, no window! Called the office, they explained that most of their trucks are broke down and we would need to collect it or wait another 3 weeks. At this point, we were so fed up and arranged for it to be collected that day. One of our employees turns up and is refused entry, saying they are closing and is too late (4:30pm). He returns the following day and finds the window components are scattered across the yard and staff struggle to find everything. We emailed the rep once we received the window (as he would not accept our calls) to discuss the above and we're still awaiting to hear from him till this day. Absolutely appalling service, completely unprofessional and utter waste of time. If you're looking for a well organised company, you've come to the wrong place. They should be ashamed!

Terrible, made the wrong door then lied about it. Refused to take it back so now have a useless door. Mike Richardson, the managing director is arrogant and rude. I cannot state how much these cowboys should be avoided.

1/ 5

I asked new trade Windows if they supply triple glazed upvc Windows, it was for a house refurbishment. They confidently said yes and since I have used them before I informed my client that they were the company to use. The Windows and units supplied were not compatible, it was very hard to get the beads in because the units were too thick for the frames, the factory cut mitres were pushed out meaning the beads were too long where they met leaving a gap on the mitre angle. I had to recut the angle on the bead something that should not be necessary. This still left a gap on the bead which I had to silicon. The client contacted new trade Windows only to be told it was fitter error. Ask any window fitter if they have to recut the angle on the beads? I phoned new trade Windows and they replied that they don't get much call for triple glazing and I quote 'because it's a bit of a fad'. Totally new trade Windows fault and they were not interested and dropped me in it with the customer, beware.
