Why do you have to start drilling and replacing windows all throughout Saturday from 8am instead of getting it all done in a week's work. Been woken up and whole flat shook for months on end every bleeding Saturday.

We got p&k Lacey to fit our front windows after another company had been a nightmare fitting the rear windows. What a contrast, we wish we'd used them from the start. They're helpful, very friendly and highly professional. The fitters were polite, friendly and really cared about the quality of their work and tidied up after themselves. We're very happy with the finished job and would highly recommend them.

I was not happy with after sales service. I had to sort the broken hinge on my bifolding doors out myself. This company installed our balcony doors and did not really care when I asked for help when the hinge broke. It took them 2 days to reply to my query & then said their supplier had gone bankrupt. That I can quite understand, but why not try & help & order parts online to sort out any problems themselves. Basically, they are not helpful and seem to not care after a job has been done.
