We had chosen DJL as we had seen them on a stall outside B&Q offering quotes. We decided to have a quote and were very surprised at how calm and relaxed the gentleman (unfortunately I forgot his name) who came to our home to quote, he gave us all the information we needed and came up with a few useful suggestions. We had one other quote and while DJL were a little more money we thought the overall quality and company ethics were just what we were looking for. We went ahead and although did go over by a few days it didn’t bother us as the work is perfect and tidied up after each day. I would recommend this company.

Had a great experience from start to finish had them in as had done my research and had a great review plus we like to deal with local companies. DJL were very easy to deal with and although they weren't The cheapest quote we had we thought we would get a good service and we weren't wrong they kept us updated throughout. They tidied up and even adjusted out door free of charge. Very happy to recommend

Had 12 windows and 3 doors (one of which one is a bi fold) by them all fitted with no hassle, I would like to say a thank you to the no sales nonsense we received which was the only thing putting us off the idea so when they first came round I was slightly worried but when they came round they explained exactly what was gonna happen and no funny business which was true we ended up calling them back up two days later to go ahead. The survey was quick and easy and even helped us change and move things around that made the whole look of the job much better... great chap. The fitting team were clean tidy and did a good job. Overall I'd give them a 10/10.

Our experience of receiving a new insulated tiled conservatory warm roof has been exemplary. Our installers were polite and efficient and explained what was going to happen before they began. The installation went very smoothly and everything was cleared away afterwards. The last few days have given the roof a pretty severe test, with thunder storms followed by temperatures close to thirty degrees. The roof remained waterproof and, as promised in the advertising literature, cooler in summer and warmer in winter, was noticeably cooler than it has previously been. We are very pleased with our decision to use DJL for the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

It’s a difficult business choosing which installer to ask for a quote when needing double glazing replacement. The installation was done on schedule by a considerate and courteous work team who cleaned and tidied up beautifully each day. The end result was a wonderful transformation, particularly the composite front door and side panels, see pictures. Brilliant job, we would have no hesitation in recommending using this firm.

Windows tilt and turn plus door. Offered cheaper options some we accepted others we chose not to no pressure selling. On time and very tidy they were painstaking in the finishing details. The service provided throughout was outstanding. David and Chris worked well to deliver a top quality product and worked hard to accommodate our needs. They give you a highly personalised service, attending site several times to check we were happy and to tweak anything to our requirements. Concerned as we were to invite pushy windows salesmen into our home, we found David and Chris a far cry from the pressure sellers of old. They know their stuff, which is high quality and it looks great. The installer, Tom, was excellent. Hardworking, punctual and courteous with great attention to detail.

I am really pleased to say my experience with DJL was excellent. I received a good fair quote which stayed the same throughout. The work was completed quickly and professionally by a great guy who worked effortlessly on probably the hottest day of year. At last I can close my front door and feel safe at night. Thank you DJL

We had 2 windows replaced. Service was great from start to finish. Very friendly and professional. We love our new windows they look amazing! Chris came over after the install to replace our windowsill after some of the wall came away (bad DIY job by previous owner) which is so much better looking now than our old one, great choice to change from the wood before!. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Recently had DJL Home to replace our windows, doors, guttering and facia's. What a fantastic job they have done, they have transformed the look of our home,it is now truly stunning.
