I would never recommend this company. They have left a catalogue of errors (uneven floor, trespass and damage to neighbour property, uneven frames and doors, poor finish, tape in and no end cap on gutter, gutters filling with water - the list goes on.....and on). I would caution anyone who has used this company to check EVERYTHING that they have done - and please, for your own sake, do not use this company unless you are prepared to spend a lot of time and money getting stuff fixed that they have done wrong. They have offered to fix the work but honestly would never have them back on the property because of a lack of reasonable care and skill. Oh and they promise they gave me A rated windows although the stickers say C rated - apparently the manufacturer put the wrong stickers on..... make of that what you will.

Very Disappointed, all started well , came out thought they could help but would need to come out the following week with a co owner to see what the best plan of action would be and then nothing, I phoned the company and was told that I would be contacted immediately, I'm still waiting . It seems that CREST are only interested in big jobs , they forget they were small fish not so long ago. Bid Norris
