It was arranged for them to replace blown windows on the Friday morning By 12.30 and a no show I phoned and was told the glaziers had decided that as I was close to the depot they were leaving me to last On arrival they were very fast and 5 windows and a glass door panel were quickly done and they were gone However they didn't clean up the mess they made in particular in the hall One of the windows didn't have it's rubber beading all the way round and the others were not well done Worst of all a curtain track fitting had been broken and curtains and rail had been left on a bed May be that was the other reason they departed so quickly-- the first being P.O.E.T.S day Also a glass unit was left behind though they were supposed to take with them On phoning the company on Monday to complain was promised it would be looked into and they'd get back to me by the latest next day No one got back to me I would not recommend this firm to anyone The units may be good but their customer care and after care leaves much to be desired

Good company. Windows are of high quality. And are made in a reasonable timescale. However the Staff were not very attentive when I went to collect. Had to walk past reception to actually find someone(after waiting a considerable amount of time). And the workers didnt seem to know much about my order until I explained every part... just customer care that needs to be improved.

I had all of my windows and doors replaced by this company and was very impressed. I then had my soffits and fascia boards done as the new windows showed up my poor old wooden ones. Then to finish the job off I had my old conservatory replaced to make it a full house. I could not fault this company in any way, all of the work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard.

I've ordered french door from them when been doing my extension, the door wasnt closing correctly as been touching bottom frame, called them straight away Owner told me that nothing to worry about, just need to be adjusted, they will pop in some time to adjust. They came discovered that its been fitted wrong,so they take the whole door out and refitted again,it was a bit easy as my floor and plastering hasn't been done yet. the problem came back and I call them again .I've been told the same thing its just adjustment,as the plastic gets warm, been told that they too busy, but they will come and they didn't . In few weeks time I organised plastering and floors done as all the rest been done, just door need to be adjusted(told by them) now after couple of months they finally came after all my calls, and visits to their office, and again discovered that they fitted twisted, and the door a bit twisted as well, so they just made a bit better and told me that I need to contact with the boss to arrange rest of the repairs. When I called to the boss he told me that his not interested and hang up the phone, now they refusing to do anything.

Had a leak in 20 +:year old conservatory roof and asked a number of companies to look at it. Most wanted to replace the full roof with quotes in the £5k - £12k range. Clive was more thorough than any of them and eventually recommend replacing the panels and keeping the original rafters. We upgraded the panels to maximise noise and glare reduction and improve insulation. This solution saved us money but at the same time has effectively given us a new roof. Sarah at the office was really helpful and efficient and the guys who did the work on site were also really good and they cleaned up as they went. There was one small bit of snagging to be done, but that was quickly organised with no fuss. All in all I couldn't be happier with the standard of work and excellent VFM. Would highly recommend this company.

Clive personally quoted and oversaw our whole installation of windows and front door as well as our extension windows and french doors from start to finish. He went the extra mile in assisting us with our extension providing builders, roofers and an electrician at the last minute when our previous electrician let us down. Whilst we are just one of their very many customers, Clive treated our work as though it were being done in his own home. The quality of the windows are fantastic and the workmanship of the fitters excellent. CJR were great value for money and very accommodating with our timeframes. I cannot praise them highly enough and are very grateful to them for giving us a wonderful looking home.

I asked for a quote to replace the glass in my conservatory. they popped in and measured and quoted. i placed the order and once the glass was ready they called and arranged a date to install. Arrived on the date and time they gave and installed the glass without issues. The installers were clean and tidy. Can now see out and am very happy. Thank you to all the team for the fantastic service.
