Oxford Royale Academy Summer School oxford

The experience that Oxford Royale provided me with was one of the most memorable. I interacted and made friends with a diverse bunch of students with similar interests to my own. It gave me the opportunity to work toward an subject that I might choose to further and come back after the two weeks as a more independent individual. The classes were enthralling and creatively taught. A series of techniques and concepts were honed. I was pushed to work harder but have come back a more responsible and diligent person. It was the first time that I was not ‘coddled’ and truly given a chance to take care of myself. All the counsellors were approachable at all points of time. We were taken on a series of excursions but given a chance to also explore Oxford on our own and Get a taste of college life. For somebody that has had very bad experiences at courses in the past, this has truly changed my entire perspective. It’s helped me not on explore my chosen field and make lifelong friends, but also gain confidence and greatly contributed to my character. It gave me the chance to understand the responsibilities that are inherent with independence and opportunity. This was truly the best two weeks of my entire life.

Overall, the most enriching and fulfilling experience a student could ask for. In all levels, academically and culturally, ORA excels in providing the best for their attendees, having a wide range of engaging activities and the best opportunities to get to know other cultures and lifestyles. I would, without a doubt, recommend the program to anyone who has the opportunity to attend and, if I ever have the opportunity to return to England with ORA, I know I would take it without the slightest hesitation!

My experience at Oxford Royale Academy was one of a lifetime. My course was challenging but extremely fun and I feel I will take the skills and knowledge I have gained with me for the rest of my life. But on top of this I did not expect to make the amazing life long friends that I did. Oxford Royale is a family and I’m so happy to have been a part of it! Thank you so much for having me and I hope I made you proud! I would recommend ORA to anyone and everyone.

When I came to Oxford I hoped I was going to have a great time. Not only did this hope come true, but the experience I have had in my two weeks in Oxford was also challenging, fulfilling and extremely instructive. The campus I lived on was beautiful and the people I met were brilliant. The friends I have made from all over the world are ones that I will stay in contact with for many years to come. The lessons I have learned were of immense value to me and have inspired me to continue along the academic path I want to take. Over the time period of my course I have grown in a way I could not have grown if I had not come to ORA. So I advice everyone who considers applying to an ORA-course to take this opportunity and do it. There is so much waiting for you.

Going to study at Oxford Royale Academy is a great opportunity to go to a different country, but also make your time useful by learning new things.There are many course options which give you the opportunity to be able to choose what you like, or try something new. It also gives you the chance to live on a campus in Oxford, use the same classrooms as regular students, meet different cultures, have fun at the different social activities, and also make amazing new friends. I definitely recommend spending time with ORA because not only will it be the one of the best times of your life, having participated will have you seeing the world differently especially with the international friends you will have made. #ORAALUMNI4LIFE!

My daughter has done the "pre-law school" program with ORA this summer (2021). It has been a fantastic experience for her. She came back fully energized, has made new connections with people from around the world and gained a whole lot of self-confidence. It has helped her to feel comfortable with the subject and assured her to go for studying law when finishing school. During the pandemic the ORA team has done a fantastic job to make sure that this program can and will take place. The support the team has provided leaves nothing to wish for. I could always get someone to talk to when needed and even on a Sunday morning after flight issues the ORA team quickly turned around the airport transfer to make sure my daughter was picked up safely. Transport from the airport is great for teenagers travelling alone as they “deliver” your child personally to the university reception. I can only highly recommend the program – any ORA summer school program. It is an unforgettable experience and worth every cent. There is no price tag for the growth in personality ORA helps with.

I highly recommend The Oxford Royale Academy! It was very educational and I met a lot of new friends from all over the world. The staff was very friendly and very helpful🙂

I had such an amazing time at ORA! It made me a more confident person and was an amazing opportunity to meet lots of people from all across the world! The support from counsellors was great and i felt comfortable talking to them, they were so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone who has the opportunity to do it, i will remember it forever and keep in contact with all of the friends i made there!

This program is trying to operate when it is obviously unsafe for them to operate. There has been so many COVID cases associated with this program. They are not adequately isolating the students. During this current session many children left after COVID outbreak and most of the once that left have now tested positive at home.

I am extremely disappointed with the Oxford Royale Academy. My child had a wonderful time previously at their course, so she decided to sign up again, however could not proceed with attending the course due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions. They just said that courses were operated and the UK was open, but she could not leave the country because of the restrictions to re-enter the country. I explained to them the details however they did not look at our personal situation at all. I even referred three students to them in the past, but unfortunately with nothing to benefit us in return. Even though she was enthusiastic to reattend the course and was gutted that the COVID restrictions stopped her from attending another course was harsh yet the oxford summer course team seem to not understand the situation fully.
