Dreadful. Took no responsibility for following up a repair, so I had to sort it out myself. Disorganised. Didn't communicate. Shop opening hours wrong on the website. Don't answer the phone. And react aggresively to any feedback however mild. Spoiling for a fight seems the default setting. Attempt to imtimidate verbally and physically. Make extraordinary claims. A hobby shop clearly run by people who don't care to listen or improve. Wrong people in the wrong job. Won't be there long I suspect.

I recently purchased my first pair of Carmina shoes and was extremely satisfied with the quality of their products and high level of customer service. Was a pleasure to be helped by Louie that was more then helpful, efficient and knowledgeable and made the shopping experience remarkable.
