Went there twice to watch a movie, first time the smell in Theater 6 was horrendous and the theater was filthy. Yesterday during Emma in the same theater 6, there was a big rat in the theater, many of us had to leave. They compensated with an extra free ticket which i am happy to pass on to people who are happy to sit in filthy rat infested room.

Odeon is an okay place for a cinema, with very decent prices for movies. However, the slightly lower ticket cost can be seen in some of the amenities of the place. The Odeon on George street could do with some good cleaning and replacing of some of the fittings which are quite old. But overall, it’s a good place for catching a movie with friends for a low price.

Efficient staff at reception and in the food bar. We had chosen the larger more comfortable seats. The ambient temperature was just right. All in all a good evening viewing.

I hadn't visited this cinema for some years and the layout was different. Gone is the ticket desk and you now need to go to where they serve food, which isn't obvious - it seems a lot of people must book online as the reserved ticket machines were very evident. The staff were very cheerful and friendly. The studio was very warm - no cold air conditioning here, or maybe it was switched off. The seats weren't very comfortable and I wished I'd upgraded to the more 'luxurious' ones.

We went to watch James Bond, the 4.30 viewing. Only 8 of us watching, so brilliant. The cinema was warm, spacious, comfy chairs & the volume was perfect. Our 3 hours went quickly, very entertaining 👏

Good amount of screens. Comfy seats. Good screen size. Toilets need cleaning and monitoring more often. In toilets, lights did not work, toilet roll run out, dirty, bins overflowing.

Considering its location you would imagine a company would invest in its property, they haven't, it's cold, dank, and uncomfortable, peeling plaster in the one stairwell and the seats!!! OMG they seem like they have been pulled out of a boy racers ford fiesta, fine if you just want to get out of the cold but horrendous if your trying to enjoy a film. Young disengaged staff but I'm not there for them.

Staff very friendly. As it's a small multiscreen venue the individual film rooms feel quite cramped.

Staff very friendly. As it's a small multiscreen venue the individual film rooms feel quite cramped. It's not a venue to go to if you're looking for the wide-screen experience.
