I booked this hotel for an overnight stay on new years eve last year, not having stayed here before. Very clean throughout; room really comfy, lots of free toiletries, free WiFi and a good night's sleep was had! The bar has a nice selection of drinks, with the Lagavulin 16 whisky especially nice! Would I stay here again, or in another Novotel hotel?? Yes!!!

I stayed there for 10 days. Apparently there are plenty of things need to improve 1. Reception: there was one day I told the reception to fix the bathtub issue (I am unable to let go the water inside bathtub), but no one is fixing it till the end of day. I even remind them for twice 2. Housekeeper: someone just open my door directly and ask for cleaning 7 in the morning I was so shocked... 3. Bad sound-proofing: I stayed in room 313, my next door neighbors are making a big embarrassing noise at 1am... and it last for at least 1 hour... it’s really a nightmare to me.

Nice and clean. There was confusion with my booking so they booked me straight into a privilege room. A good size space, big TV, plenty of USB ports and plug sockets. Nice food and managing covid well.

I liked the fridge where you could help yourself to cans of pop and I could have bagels for breakfast and watch CNN whilst having my breakfast. The only trouble was one of the housekeeping staff sucked up my memory card with a vacuum cleaner

Never stayed in a Novotel before and was pleasantly surprised by this one. Great location for the train station and harbour hotel. Room was really big and got a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was nice. Black pudding was really thinly cut which was strange and the coffee was quite bitter but other than that would recommend it and if I'm staying in Bristol again on business would definitely look to book here first.

Stayed in the King room, rooms are loud, could hear noise of doors closing and people talking all night. Bed was squeaky so every movement came with noise. Hair from previous guests on the floors of the bathroom. This Novotel has seen better days, wouldn't recommend.
