Great location. Reasonably priced room. Comfortable beds and free paper. Good interior design. VERY expensive parking and relatively expensive breakfast (though the breakfast is very nice). The parking price of £17.50 is the only reason for the downgrade to 3 stars.

Probably the worst check in ever! Arrived at 2:30 am to be told there was no room after a 15 hour shift, not what I wanted to here. My room was given away. Eventually a room was found, tbh the two on the front desk were more like a comedy act than HI employees. I have stayed here since and it's been much better. Cooked breakfast is very hit and miss

A firm favourite with us whenever we visit Bristol. So easy to access as soon as you drive into the city, and the discounted parking in the adjacent NCP car park is an added bonus. Walking across the road you are straight into Cabot Circus and the main shopping area. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfasts are tasty, the only criticism would be that the restaurant menu is fairly limited and they could probably attract more business with the addition of half a dozen more dishes. The dishes they do offer though are always served hot, in good time, and are of a good standard.

Staff are amazing. Nothing was too much hassle and I was so brilliantly looked after. Honestly better service then the Marriott 😐🤚 Maddie booked me extra days in my room when I asked and absolutely smashed my soup and crusty bread! So polite and helpful 🥰

Great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially the staff that came over from the Cardiff branch to help)! Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were large and spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. Breakfast was superb with a really good choice of hot food. Great Central location . Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
