Northwick Park Dental Practice london

Had a pre-booked appointment for my children. When I reached there, they just said due to personal problem , the doctor did not come- sorry appointment cancelled. Also, can't book as there is a long waiting. After a heating argument , finally got an appointment. All this time, there was no apology or eye contact from receptionist. Also, there was this loud lady (staff... apparently the manager!) who was so loudly complaining about a patient to another colleague. Poor service, poor attitude! Thank you, I got my children registered else where we were welcomed.

I have been using the services of this dental practice for the last 6 years and can’t praise them enough. I have always experienced great service and during this time I have not only had routine checkups with the dentist but also undergone orthodontic treatments using Invisalign and fixed braces, the results of which have been fantastic. Reception staff are very helpful and always have a smile on there face. As someone who does not like the dentist Raj is the man to see not only is he a fantastic dentist but also makes you feel very relaxed while you are in the chair having your work done. Very good at dealing with root canal work of which I have had done and would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Raj and his wonderful clinical team for around 3 years now. I have never had dental treatment like this in all the years that I have been visiting the dentist. This was the first time I can truly say I have received a first class service. Going to NPD is an education. Raj doesn't just fix your teeth or your smile, he is a holistic practitioner that takes into consideration the entire 360 degree story. He is truely wonderful and I woudn't now trust anyone else to deal with my dental health and welfare. I had a root canal treatment here and found that my dentist Jigar was excellent. He kept me informed about what was going on and what to expect during the process. I'm pleased with the result.
