Really amazing service at this place - the staff went above and beyond, well and truly. I was able to book in by phone very late at night on a very rainy, wet and horrible day - the barman who took my booking and checked me in was absolutely lovely, made me feel very welcome and looked after and safe after a hard day. There was a small issue with my room, and the staff were beyond accommodating, so kind, and very generous. The included breakfast (included!!) was basic and really good. Definitely recommend.

great over night hotel, bed was the most comfortable bed have slept on. the only feedback is that showers had no hot water in the morning - when mentioned to reception response was many guests were showering around the same time and took all the hot water try again in 1/2 hr. Not really a great response. .NEVER had hot water run out in a hotel / motel prior for $190 p/night sorry i do expect hot water for a shower, other than that room was fantastic spacious, nice bathroom too.

It’s very clean, and staff are nice and helpful. The rooms feel a tad bit old but the bathrooms are modern and absolutely spotless. The beds are also really comfy. A friend did find the mattress a bit soft but it was perfect for me. The linen was also really comfortable, smooth and nicely arranged that you don’t feel like you are constantly trying to pull it to cover you. The included breakfast is “continental” and you can add $7 for one serve of hot food. We didn’t go for the hot brekkie so don’t know if it’s good value, but the standard breakfast is not too shabby at all. You get nice yogurt, fruit salad, 4-6 cereals to choose from, as well as toast and condiments. You need to pay for the coffee but it was exceptional. Overall very happy with the place and great value.

Booked in overnight on a Saturday. First it was great because most places on the weekend was a two night minimum. Great price and breakfast was included. When we arrived we each received a complimentary drink at the bar which was so welcomed! Joshua at the check in desk was lovely and super helpful. We had a camper trailer with us and they were super accommodating with us parking it there. Location was GREAT passing through. Room was beautiful and clean, bed super comfortable and shower pressure GREAT! We ate at the bistro from dinner which was great pub grub and then ordered room service later which we loved! Watched Stan on tv and got a great night sleep. Would recommended to everyone needing accommodation in Nowra. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and friendly! Happy to be there! Thanks Nightcap at Archer!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, customer service is fast and efficient at handling queries, and the breakfast really enriched my holiday. Would recommend if you're in the area or exploring Jervis Bay!
