First visit. One cashier at the counter and a queue going all the way to the door - we didn't stay.

Have to put 1 star on otherwise I can`t post but truth is they deserve 0 stars! This has to be the worst bank in the world! Since the beginning of the lock-down madness I have had to visit this place and they treat their customers as if they all have leprosy! It is ridiculous! And my poor brother, who does not have any technology+is not in good health was treated so badly here, they would not print him a statement off+told him he would be charged for it if they did?! Thank God for the city centre branch. Poor show Heslington

Typical NatWest shuts all the branches in the little towns forcing customers to come 20 miles out of their way to cash a cheque in (bearing in mind most of their competitors have a cheque scanning app now and surprise surprise NatWest doesnt) so i check to make sure the branch is open today at heslington and suprise suprise i get all the way here and its shut but yet they haven't updated that on google which then has wasted customers time traveling to the branch

We are living in unprecedented times i get that had to replenish my account today and thought might as well pay credit card bill as well alas killing two birds with one stone i only ever go to the branch once a month anyway long story short argumentative staff not what you expect only one customer in the bank allowed i get that Was told would have to wait a while as the customer they had in would be a while was told to either use the post office next door to pay in to my account or pay in at the bank but should be paying credit card on line using the natwest app staff are rude and inconsiderate You are considered a potential risk and they are happy to send you to the post office off load the risk elsewhere is there policy Sadly the day will come there will no longer be any banks as they will all close to save money excuse the banks will give will be online banking ! did not receive a warm welcome or pleasent experience from this bank !!!!!!!!!!!!!
