Lloyds Bank york

Visited this branch yesterday to get a mini statement of money in and had the most dismal experience at the "help desk". "I don't think we can do that" "Well your colleague did it 2 weeks ago" Face like stone. No hello , goodbye, nothing. If Lloyds are trying to encourage people away from using branches, this is the way to do it.

So slow wait for ages

Terrible, slow service. Even the most basic of transactions or questions demand a lengthy amount of time at this branch.

Waited over a month to open a business account, after several telephone calls I was informed that my ID had been lost in the system. Don't waste your time

Sarcasm for no reason whatsoever when in there sorting out an error that was theirs not mine. Seriously thinking of closing my account and that of my parents. All we get from that branch and Lloyds in general is trouble.

Is Lloyd's doing the bank details in Pocklington anymore

Putting aside the range of financial products, this Lloyds Bank is in a flagship location. Inside has been relatively recently refurbished with plenty of private space of needed. However, the reason why this branch earns five stars is because of how professional, courteous and helpful the staff are.
