I thought I had posted a review, and happily do so now. A real find, I knew about this practice from friends and they were correct, just brilliant. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm not going to rave too much about my dentist because I dont want them getting so busy, I cant get an appointment. Apart from anything else my friends have different Dentists from me at the practice and they rave about them as well. He/She was fantastic, a real joy, so professional and the treatment was first class. You know who you are, great work. Thank You all.

I had a lot of dental treatment to do. 6 extractions, 3 fillings and a plate. The first tooth, the root was twisted and sticking into the bone. The tooth itself had to be quartered and then removed. Even with that I didn't feel a thing. The dentist was great. I use to take panic attacks when seeing needles and what not. I was given medication from my doctor and stated the treatment. The dental practitioner was understand when I explained to her. She spoke me through everything eveeytime I had an appointment. She was so good. Getting s tooth out only took a minute or 2 once I was numb. I stopped taking my medication from my doctor half way through my plan as I no longer needed it. Always a great welcome from the surgery. Even when I was late arriving. Receptionists are chatty and always good at calming me down. A great experience. I would say to anyone with fears to go there if possible. They are amazing. Highly highly recommendable.

On my two recent visits of an 90 mins each time Caroline was fantastic , put me at ease explained what she was doing step by step , I had a crown fitted for the first time which i didn’t feel any pain during the procedure , I would highly recommend the practice to anyone .

Excellent practice friendly and very welcoming throughout my visit at which I was nervous , dentist and dental nurse put me at ease I shall return more relaxed on my next visit .

Have been going there for a very long time and every time I go there staff are always rude

This is the 3rd My Dentist, Dentist, I have had work done by, they seem to have an issue with quality and then dealing with complaints. This occasion I had a 2 week wait to get the remedial work completed. The work was only completed because I made a complaint. This was also a traumatic experience as the complainant was rubbished and then I was caused unnecessary pain and discomfort whilst the dentist in question completed the work. Then without any other communication from the practice I was sent a letter from the practice notifying me I had been deregistered, yet the complaint was never satisfied. Do not recommend.

I am patient atDr Anna she is are really good and helpful and very polite and kind .

The dentist (an Indian women) was so rude, she hurt my cousin so badly and because she didn't speak English and needed a trabslator she got angry and started to be really rude and going in a hurry. We will never take an appointment here again. We deserve to be treated with compassion and as human beings not just as a number that make money.

Amazing service. I've never had better experience with dentist in my live. I' ve had couple of extraction before, but never professional like that. No bleeding,no pain after. Really nice service from the reception to the dentist. Thank you ladies.

Have had 4 appointments cancelled ,they never even told me untill i got there twice and another 2 apoinments changed ,i have been waiting over 2 months since my initial appointment if i canceled that many appointments with them withing 24 hours they would want £60 in charges ,still waiting to hear back
