Good and honest dentist, got my wisdom tooth removed, quickly with no issues at all. The only criticism would be that sometimes they run late even 45 minutes. Parking is convenient and free just outside

Staff are rude and the dentist made fun of me in front of some kid on work experience, who I didn't even want in the room. Was also told my teeth were fine when I know they're not (dentist was a terrible liar and was running behind), so now I'm stuck with a toothache that's splitting my cheeks open. Also went for a root canal there last year and was left in absolute agony for nearly two days. Thanks lads x

This is an awful practice. In terms of dentistry they are as you would expect, but their customer service and care is appalling. They are constantly cancelling appointments at the last minute, due to the dentist’s personal commitments. There appears to be no cross-over between dentists so if one is off ill (which seems to be often), they just ask you to reschedule for another day without apology. At its worst I have been cancelled on several times in a row, taking six months in total to actually see a dentist! Not what you want to be dealing with when you have a young baby. DO NOT GO HERE.

I can not recommend this practice enough! I recently joined as I required some urgent dental work but I was also interested in the teeth whitening treatments as well as getting my front crown replaced (as I always felt my last crown didn't quite match my other front tooth in colour or shape). I found the service here excellent and the staff were all so friendly. I was amazed at the results and everyone who knows me comments on how great my teeth look!!

5/ 5

Staff very friendly and helpful, and I was seen as soon as my appointment was due. No undue pressure to undertake unnecessarily expensive treatments, but instead a professional and first class scale and polish - and all on NHS. I was with a private practice for years and there is absolutely no discernable difference in the quality of care...except there's no wallet-paralysing bill at the end. Cannot believe that everyone eligible doesn't take advantage of this excellent service.

The receptionist s are excellent, very helpful and welcoming. The dentists are very bad both of them. Dr Patricia rude with helpers and patients. Talks more than works and gets paid just for talking. Dr Neil is very unreliable. He cancels his appointment s in the last minutes without any notice. Both of them are money grabbers without any professional conscience. If you are NHS patient, evoid them as much as you can because they think they are doing favours and not getting paid as they are suppose.
