Worst customer service. They sent me two texts reminding me of my appointment. When I turned up, they told me that my appointment was cancelled. I asked why no one had called me. "Haha, I guess we should have done that." the receptionist said. Haha indeed. She booked me in for the next again day. I specifically asked for an appointment for fillings, but when I came back the next day the dentist told me I was booked in for a 10 minute emergency appointment only and she had no time to do anything. So essentially I spent 3 hours travelling back and forth over 2 days for nothing, and the dentist didn't care that it was their mistake, and refused to do anything. I guess the posters they have everywhere reminding people to "Be Kind" are only for patients. I will never go back here.
