We sold our vehicle with Motor Vehicle Wholesale Cardiff, the time between dropping it there and selling was less than three business days! What an incredibly hassle free experience. No more trading in or selling cars ourselves!!! We had previously gone to F3 Motor Auctions and Valley Motor Auctions who were no where near as helpful and kind as David!

From the first phone call to Shane Ryan, I knew I was going to be looked after. I explained to Shane my situation with my current vehicle I needed to trade in and the type of vehicle and budget I was looking for. Shane informed me of 5 cars straight away that would suit me and within 10 minutes I had emails outlining each vehicle. He gave me an estimation over the phone of my trade in vehicle, pending inspection. I agreed on a vehicle to buy then he introduced me to David Walker who walked me though the whole process of trade in and buy. David dealt directly with my finance company and the transition was smooth and easy and done within 3 days. I have informed Shane to keep an eye out for more vehicles for my business. Found a lovely car, spoke to Brett then paid a sum of $100 as agreed as a deposit. Brett then sent me a purchase agreement which I called up to confirm I had received. He asked for another $400 deposit and when I said no “ why what’s the problem? You have the money ? ( was in my husbands account ) I said well I paid what was agreed and don’t see why you’re asking for more. What was said next disgusted me. “ can you just be quiet for a minute and let me speak for once “ . I was appalled that he would speak to any customer like that. Let alone a woman. I kept the peace and told my Husband who, being the protector that he is, was furious and went and bought me a BMW X5 as a surprise. Then I call back and ask to speak to David the owner and Brett dealt with it and wouldn’t put me through so I couldn’t alert the manager of his employees rudeness. I would never buy from them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else

What brilliant customer care I received from Dave and his team. His consideration of my needs in a vehicle was met with understanding and the highest level of integrity and standards. Dave went to great lengths to assist me and his goal was always to have me leaving with the ideal vehicle - we sure did accomplish this - love my car and know it was chosen especially for me. I certainly felt like a very important customer and drove away in my new car with a warm wave from Dave and a big smile on my face - doesn’t get better than that does it? I think not.
