Professional and friendly service and very well priced. Top quality work. Negative reviewer possibly did not understand the work involeved in her request, or is so used to buying from 'no name crazy discount stores' that she has forgotten what true craftmanship is. You cannot claim to support local businesses, and then complain that the local craftsman actually has to charge you more than a discount store for the work you request.
