Momentum Fitness is a wonderful inclusive environment! Kris and Scott are the loveliest people, so kind and always there to help. Whether you've never been in the gym before or train everyday this gym has something for everybody. Highly recommend this place and the sauna!! If you're thinking about starting the gym, this is the place you want to go to. They truly mean it when they say they are all about their members. Thanks Kris and Scott for being so warm and welcoming!

Hands down, one of the most wonderful gyms I've ever been to! Kris and Scott have built such a genuine and welcoming community at MFW! Top notch equipment, lots of space, just overall an amazing place to workout! If I could give more than five stars, I would. Highly recommend this gym to everyone, no matter your fitness level!!
