My massage was amazing!!! Not only does Rachel have such a warming, lovely nature, but she listened to my target areas that were sore/tight and relived them so well according to my individual body. Her pressure was amazing and adjusted with ease when asked. The oils and the space were amazing and relaxing also.

CGM Pilates is a beautiful, contemporary studio at The Kontiki Centre, Maroochydore. The CGM Team are very friendly and supportive with classes to challenge you at all levels. I have just tried the Infrared Sauna. This felt so amazing knowing its benefits to detoxify, relieve aching muscles, burn up to 600 calories/session... I left feeling so calm and had the best sleep ever for a long time. They also offer Massage which is also an excellent service. Super highly recommended!!!

CGM is a beautiful space with friendly staff, which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. All the classes I have done have been brilliant. Special mention has to go to Rachel for her incredible massages! I’ve been going to see her regularly for a few weeks and have noticed a huge improvement in how I’m moving and in my injuries. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
